Jeremy Louison is the lead pastor and founder of Pioneer Church, a Christ-centered community rooted in downtown Memphis, Tennessee.
Alongside his wife, Tasha, he has helped shape a church culture marked by authenticity, spiritual depth, and transformation. Pioneer Church exists to help people encounter Jesus, experience healing, and step into a sense of purpose that extends beyond Sunday gatherings. With more than a decade of ministry experience, Jeremy has given himself to building healthy church culture through intentional discipleship, leadership development, and consistent engagement with the surrounding community.
Beyond his role as a local pastor, Jeremy serves as a pastoral coach and mentor to both emerging and seasoned leaders. His work focuses on helping pastors lead with clarity, emotional health, and long-term sustainability, especially in seasons where burnout and isolation are common. Drawing from his own experience in church planting and leadership, he offers practical tools for vision alignment, healthy rhythms, and resilient ministry practices. Known for his grounded, relatable style, Jeremy regularly speaks and writes on faith, leadership, and personal growth, aiming to bridge deep theology with everyday life in a way that is honest, accessible, and actionable.

Tim Hager is dedicated to equipping leaders to build vibrant, healthy organizations where people truly flourish.
With over 30 years of experience in nonprofit management and a doctorate in Leadership Development, Tim bridges the gap between theological vision and organizational excellence.
Having served in diverse pastoral roles—from small rural congregation to mega-churches—and in executive administrative posts at state and national levels, Tim understands the unique pressures facing ministry leaders today. He believes that every organization has the potential to be a place where individuals excel and are inspired to give their best as an act of stewardship.
As an author and consultant, Tim has coached a wide range of leaders and organizations, from local community initiatives to large-scale ministries serving thousands. He currently serves as Executive Pastor of Finance, Operations, and Mission at LifePoint Church - Clarksville TN.
